Q. When will I receive my online purchase?
A. If you have an urgent delivery request, please phone (or email us) us directly for arrangements to be made.  All items will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order, confirmation of availability and payment. Depending on your location, please allow between 3-7days. International orders may take up to 10 days depending on the country location.

Q. Will my purchase arrive gift wrapped?
A. Yes all purchases will arrive beautifully gift wrapped. If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope.

Q. Can I have the parcel sent to an address different to mine?
A. Yes, during checkout simply indicate the desired delivery address.  If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope.

Q. Can I check that my gift has been sent?
A. Yes, you can contact us to check your order status.

Q. Can I buy if I am located outside New Zealand? 
A. Yes, we ship to countries outside New Zealand. All stock items are clearly marked including and excluding New Zealand GST. Shipping costs outside of New Zealand are passed on at the standard International courier rates.

Q. Can I use a Gift Certificate online?
A. We recommend you use your Gift Certificate in our store, or phone our store to verify and redeem your Gift Certificate.

Q. How long is a Gift Certificate valid for?
A. All Gift Certificates and in-store credits expire after 3 months.
